A patient 18 years old came to your office with a generalized rash. He has 24h having those lesions and didn't sleep well because of the pruritis in all his body. Physical examination consist in a severe rash with 2 cm lesions in form of rings in all his body. About 2 weeks ago he went to the dentist and the dentist told to him for some papular lesions in his gingivas. At the moment his gingivas were inflamed.
